We have a great team on board to make your holiday the perfect getaway for you to enjoy some good old quality ME time! Crissy Soanes part of the Yoga Rhythm Team will also be teaching on the retreat and offering other holistic treatments such as Reiki, Yoga Thai Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage & Readings (Palm & Tarot). To complete your perfect week of destress, detox, being active and pampered head to toe, Alison Moore will be offering Wellbeing Workshops for you to take a proactive step into the right direction to achieve the life you want to lead.
